About the academy

SignalForge Academy grew out of late-night packet traces and the realization that operations managers needed vendor-neutral language for UC rollouts. We still anchor every program in Seoul while teaching remote bridges each quarter.

Principles

  • Show the limitation before the promise.
  • Prefer reproducible captures over slide filler.
  • Keep cohorts small enough for mentors to know names.
  • Publish errata when vendors ship breaking changes.

Milestones

  1. 2015 — First SIP lab weekend hosted above a Gangnam co-working space.
  2. 2019 — Enterprise onboarding track launched with cross-org workflow focus.
  3. 2024 — Newsroom spun up so briefs and tuition tracks share the same evidence locker.
