About the academy
SignalForge Academy grew out of late-night packet traces and the realization that operations managers needed vendor-neutral language for UC rollouts. We still anchor every program in Seoul while teaching remote bridges each quarter.
Principles
- Show the limitation before the promise.
- Prefer reproducible captures over slide filler.
- Keep cohorts small enough for mentors to know names.
- Publish errata when vendors ship breaking changes.
Milestones
- 2015 — First SIP lab weekend hosted above a Gangnam co-working space.
- 2019 — Enterprise onboarding track launched with cross-org workflow focus.
- 2024 — Newsroom spun up so briefs and tuition tracks share the same evidence locker.
