1. Your rights

Residents of the Republic of Korea may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing under the Personal Information Protection Act where applicable. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period and may ask for additional information to protect account security. If you believe we mishandled data, you may contact the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission or another competent supervisory body.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy covers personal data collected through docarchivecore.one, enrollment forms, webinar registrations, and email correspondence with academy@docarchivecore.one. It does not cover third-party sites we link to; those services maintain their own notices.

3. Third parties

We use subprocessors for email delivery, analytics (when consented), and hosting of static assets. Contracts require subprocessors to use data only for services they perform for us and to assist with deletion requests. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.

4. Use of data

We process contact details to schedule training, send logistics updates, and improve course clarity based on aggregated feedback. Billing references may appear on invoices managed by your accounts payable team; we do not store full payment card numbers on this site.

5. Contact

Privacy questions should go to academy@docarchivecore.one with the subject line "Privacy request" and enough detail for us to locate your records. For security reports, include encrypted steps to reproduce an issue without exposing live credentials.

6. Retention

Enrollment records are retained for the length of the business relationship plus statutory bookkeeping periods applicable in Korea. Marketing messages stop when you withdraw consent, though minimal suppression records may remain to honor your choice.

7. Data collected

We collect names, work email addresses, company names, course progress indicators, and optional phone numbers for workshop logistics. Cookie data may include a consent flag and, if allowed, a basic analytics identifier stored in local storage as described in the Cookie Policy.
